Fascinating stuff. I don't post much, but I am keeping up with what is going on. I really enjoyed the Q & A and if you remember any of the other questions you answered, than please post it.

haha - i promise you my Chinese on the video is not so impressive. If I'd been smart/not so lazy, I would have though, 'Hey, since I'm going to be recording this, I should polish up these questions first and make it sound better than I usually speak!' but i'm just that lazy. When we're in Vancouver I'll find some immigrants who's English is about the equivalent of our Mandarin, and then you'll see that "good" Chinese and "I can speak" Chinese are highly relative terms.

Thanks for posting that one guys.. On skype I never really felt like I knew good questions to ask and those answers make me feel like I know a little bit about how you are doing. I'm glad that your Chinese is getting so good (the olympic video makes Joel sound pretty amazing to a complete unilingual like me). I can't wait to see you both in the new year. Are you up for some winter camping?

Wow! I hope that class knows what a gold mine of honest and true information this is. I'm guessing they do. No wonder you were up until 3pm. What good questions they asked as well.
